OUR HISTORY

WHO WE ARE

We decided to open a store. With so many options available, both locally and online, there didn't seem to be a need for another shop in Gabicce Mare.

"But why Gabicce? It's a small town nestled between the Marche and Emilia Romagna regions, where people only think about the sea and vacations... the season is short, and what do you do in the winter?"

The idea of opening a clothing and accessories store dedicated to the legends of two and four wheels stems from a deep-rooted passion in my family: from my father to my brothers, my house has always been home to all kinds of motorized vehicles. Cars, motorcycles, mopeds, minibikes, karts, model cars, tractors, and brush cutters. Whether they were road, track, or off-road, as long as they smelled of oil and gasoline! Always.

We spent summer evenings and weekends in the workshop, disassembling, reassembling, building, welding, milling, filing, and painting. Iron, aluminum, fiberglass, or carbon fiber, our home workshop had every tool we could need; if it wasn't there, we built it ourselves.

During my university days, I used to wander through the squares of Brescia, touching and smelling the scent of the old glories preparing for the Mille Miglia, dreaming of taking part.

Then in life I took a different path and my work and my housewives (wife and daughters) distracted me from engines, a passion that I have never abandoned, however.

It was with Francesca, still engaged, that we discovered Gabicce and the wonders of the surrounding area. For 23 years, it has been our holiday retreat and a gathering place for friends, ourselves and our daughters Elisa and Laura.

Why not combine your passion for motorsports and the sea? Two motorsports regions: our Brescia, known worldwide for the Mille Miglia and its classic cars, and Emilia Romagna with its Motor Valley, its racetracks, and its famous drivers.

This is how the idea of opening a shop for our passions right under the holiday home was born.

At Fuorigiri fashion on the road we don't sell clothes but emotions and memories: grandpa's 500, the Lancia Delta Integrale that was the rally queen of the 1990s, the first Porsche 956s or the turbos of the 1980s, the BMW motorcycles that won the Paris-Dakar, the Nortons and Triumphs of the 1970s, or cult cars from films like James Bond's DB5, the Ferrari 308 from Magnum PI, or Bud Spencer and Terence Hill's Dune Buggy.

Whoever comes to visit us breathes in this passion and becomes part of our circle of friends.
